Bern. I heard a soft female voice call out my name. I opened my eyes. It was pitch dark. I didn’t know what time it was since I usually turn off wifi before I sleep.
I closed my eyes, and in the dark, I relaxed my body and allowed my other senses to pick up any subtle influences produced by spirit; I really wanted to hear my name out loud again. Nothing.
After what seemed like a few minutes, I decided to walk to the kitchen to see the time. 1:11am. I smiled. I have been seeing 11:11 repeatedly. It’s become a reoccurring experience that I welcome and am comfortable with. A post I will write about at a later date.
When is the time of the day where your mind is most relaxed? Is it in the shower, while you sleep or while you’re writing?
Spirits themselves are active all the time. However, when is it, that your mind is most quiet? This is the time when our veil is thinnest, and those in spirit/loved ones may unite with us most easily.
They provide us with insights, a nudge to go “here” instead of “there”, lights flicker, you smell or see something you attribute them to.
We think about our loved ones especially during this time of the year when we’re surrounded by family and sharing stories about them.
Perhaps next time you’ll make a conscious choice to look and to notice what is going on at the appropriate moment(s).
