Reasons to Smile

β€œYou’ll find that life is still worthwhile, if you just smile.” ― Charlie Chaplin

Too often we underestimate the power of a smile which has the potential to turn anyone’s life around.

1. When you smile, you let the radiance shine through your face. How many smiles have been described as having the power to light up the room?

2. When you smile, it will keep people around you happy. It will have a direct impact on the people around you, and their behavior will change because your smile is contagious.

3 .When you smile, it will instantly put you in a good mood and will impact your mental well-being. oli

4. When you smile, you’ve made a conscious decision to be content from within.

5. If you’re grateful for what you have in life, it’s a good enough reason to smile.

* I have a reason to smile. These models are my nephew and nieces. Personal photos.

  1. Even when you’re not in the mood to smile, try smiling and you can’t help but feel good. It automatically changes how you are feeling…the smile and your emotions are directly connected. Your models did a fabulous job!! πŸ™‚
