We all want to feel loved. It makes us feel good and it builds our self confidence. If we don’t feel loved it can bring up some very deep emotions and unpleasant feelings such as “I’m not attractive enough, skinny enough, good enough, I’m balding”, etc. STOP IT!
We should open our hearts to the most deserving person: OURSELVES! When we do this, we begin to feel worthy. We become more of our true selves and begin to attract more and more love into our lives. Don’t compare yourself to anyone. Have compassion for yourself. Your body is a loving vessel so take good care of it.
It’s not selfish to love ourselves. It clears us so that we can love ourselves enough to love other people.
Let’s find a way to embrace and accept ourselves, even with our faults and imperfections.
Why don’t we take this month to focus our attention on what it means to LOVE OURSELVES!
